without Apple Arcade or games of subscription models.
Hello and welcome to another entry in our longtime Games of the Week series. If you are looking for the 5 best games that have been published this week for iOS and Android, you are just right here.
Those among them who are regular readers will remember that this post is free of games added to subscription services. However, we have received an almost immediate question this week, and as such we have a dilemma. As you probably more than know, this week was published a new game with a separate subscription: Mario Kart Tour.
With regard to Mario Kart Tour, which is one of our five weeks, we should clarify that the exception includes games accessible only with an existing subscription. This means that in this post no games are mentioned, which are located in Apple Arcade, Google Play Pass or Services like Hatch. Although, my goodness, we definitely have other functions on the website for fans of these services.
This week we have some great new titles, although I am sure that you already guess two of them, based on the above and our presented picture. Otherwise, we have an abstract puzzle, a real narrative experience and a heartwarming puzzle for you.
Remember if you want to browse some of our prior selection options, you can do this at any time in our Games of the Week Hub. That way, you can find games that allow you to fill in the empty space on your phone. Or follow us on Twitter if you like your messages in Bitesize Chunks that are delivered directly to your palm.
Anyway, click without further delay through the big button below to learn more about the 5 best new games for phones this week
1 Lock's Quest
Lock's Quest was one of my favorite DS games, and for me it's great to have the game available in other formats. Not only that, but also the action-tower defense formula of LOCK'S QUEST is apparently suitable for the touchscreen control of mobile devices.
The game follows the story of Lock, a child who has to lead the fight against a corrupt master of the androids and robots. Each level is a mixture of Action RPG and Tower Defense, which handles the finer details of the fight, while your constructs ward off the great majority of enemies. However, you can make a difference because a number of combat changing abilities is unlocked. So it's worth going into the fight to turn back the fight to your favor.
Lock's Quest is now available on the available AppStore and <a href = https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hg.locksquest
