When you sell the final boss in Elden Ring , a notice allows you to select two options: start directly the new+ or stay in your world to continue exploring, getting objects and completing the map. In previous games, Fromsoftware did not have so much courtesy and directly began the new+.
If you choose the second option, you return to your world. To start the new game+ you must go to the Round Table and interact with the great grace that is precisely with that table.
