Chainsaw Man is definitely not Shōnen's average anime. Fill to overflow with dark themes and hard realities, the series has no qualms about mutilating its biggest characters and then let them die due to their serious injuries. Hymen dies in Chainsaw Man? Answered

Unfortunately, Limeño dies in Chainsaw Man during the Sword Devil arch.

This occurs at the beginning of the arc, after Sword Devil and his allies ambushed the majority of the members of the public security division 4 with weapons. Limeño is with Aka, Benji and Power when this occurs and is injured next to Benji as a result of the ambush. This leaves Power to try to keep both alive while Aka fights only against Sword Devil and his allies.

Limeño then disappears completely, leaving only her clothes for Aka to find her.

Can Limeño be returned to life?

It is a sad death and does not seem likely to be reversed at any time in Chainsaw Man.

After his death, no McMuffin is mentioned that could bring her back. Worse, most of the characters end up overcoming her loss, and she vanishes largely from the narrative, except for a passing mention here and there in certain parts of public Safety Saga.
